I've been licensed for 12 years, worked at RE/MAX, Century21, an independent and I have owned my own technology based real estate brokerage and title company. I've spent a lot of time researching what every major company in the country has to offer its agents and franchise/branch owners. 100% commissions for $100 per month and a $275 transaction fee that is capped at $2,750 per year, plus, not to be taken lightly, FREE cutting edge technology, leads, a CRM system and more = duh, No brainer. "I've been a realtor for eleven years now. Eight of the years with Re/max. The time I have spent with Re/Max was great. I received 100% commission and paid only $14,400 per year at Remax. All my business is from my home office. The only time I would step foot in the remax office would be to hand in a file or go to a settlement. Very rare they would ever see me in the office. Life is good.
One day I received an email from Realty Mark explaining to me how they work. It looks to good to be true. $100 dollars a month? and if I do 6 deals a year it's free? All I have to pay is $275 for ten transactions for the year? NO WAY!!!! Whats the catch? Let me see, Re/Max $1,200 per month = $14,2000 per year. Realty Mark $100 per month = $1,200 per year + $275 x10 = $2,750. But wait, I know I'll do more then 6 transaction a year so you know what that means. take away $1,200 for the year.
Next thing I did, I made phone calls to all my present and past clients and told them I maybe leaving remax going to Realty Mark. Just wanted to get there thoughts. Let me tell you my fellow realtors. 100% of my clients could care less where I went as long I was there realtor. Got in the car went to Realty Mark met with the broker and talked to them for 3 hours to see if there was a catch to this amazing offer. I did my homework and signed up 3 days later. It's a no brainer people. What are you waiting for?
